Co-led by a Workplace Conflict Expert and a HeartMath & Equine Resilience Trainer, this small-group experience is designed for leaders who want to better navigate the everyday pressures of their role.

Through guided video observation of horses, reflection, and nervous system awareness practices, you'll gain powerful insight into how stress, emotional states, and leadership presence impact communication and conflict — all within a supportive, confidential space where you're building practical skills in real time.
