Leadership Turnaround Coaching

Specialized coaching to help high performers replace incivility, bullying, and anger outbursts with
healthy people skills.

As an Employer or HR Professional, are some of these statements true for you?

  • Are you concerned that one of your high performing leader’s behavior is undermining a healthy work culture and driving dedicated employees to leave?
  • Do you feel stuck between a rock and a hard place? Are you in a position where you risk losing the technical expertise of a high performer, however, their conduct at work is unacceptable?
  • Does your precious time get eaten up with “people problems” and the aftermath of dealing with employees after a leader’s emotional outbursts?

If you answered yes to any of the above, you’re in the right place!

As the manager of this leader, you’ve probably received complaints about how difficult it is to work with this individual.

Even though you value the contribution they make to the company, their behavior is costing you in productivity, revenue, and maybe even in your brand reputation.

It’s up to you to take action.

As a result of Leadership Turnaround Coaching, you will receive a step-by-step process of how to help valued leaders improve their interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills.

This highly confidential coaching program begins with an onsite assessment. Once coaching begins, you will see demonstrable results usually by the third session.

Coaching is typically completed within 8-10 sessions over a period of four to six months resulting in changed behaviors and a positive improvement in your workplace culture.

Participating in the Leadership Turnaround coaching program was life-changing. Before coaching, I didn't care (and wasn't aware) of how my words and actions impacted others on the team. I just wanted to get things done and done correctly. Coaching has been eye-opening to the negative ways my team perceived me and strategies for adjusting my behavior with emotional intelligence. I am still very conscious of monitoring my reaction, especially when things don't go as I think they should. The difference now is I'm aware of being triggered and how I respond. Both my work and personal relationships have improved in ways I never would have anticipated.
